Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your KomfiNest order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden handling fees at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

After dispatch, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by the carrier, weather, or peak periods.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us at support@komfinest.com.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order is delayed well beyond the estimate, arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, contact us at support@komfinest.com and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we will always try to help recover a misdelivered package.
