Refund policy

We want you to love your footrest. If it is not the right fit, you have 30 days to return it. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item should be in its original condition and packaging, with normal use accepted (we know you need to try it under your desk).

How to start a return

  1. Email support@komfinest.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply within one business day with a return authorization (RMA) and the return address.
  3. Pack the item and ship it back using the prepaid label we provide.

Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label for eligible 30-day returns within the United States.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at support@komfinest.com within 30 days. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and in most cases you will not need to ship anything back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. Email us and we will help.
